Returns Policy

At Fislife Ng, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or may be faulty. In such cases, we have developed a comprehensive Return Policy to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return any product purchased on our Site within seven (7) days of receipt, provided that it meets the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original condition, unused and unopened.
  • The product is in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, and accessories.
  • The product is not a consumable item, such as batteries or toners.

2. Returns Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@fislife.com.ng within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. You will be asked to provide your order number, the product name, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will then provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

3. Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or was shipped in error. Fislife Ng reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund amount in cases where the customer returns the product for reasons other than a defect or an error.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within seven (7) days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. In cases where the payment method is no longer valid or available, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the original product and place a new order.

6. Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
  • Consumable items, such as batteries or toners.
  • Products that are marked as "final sale" or “non-returnable."

7. Warranty Claims

Some of our products come with manufacturer warranties. If you experience any issues with a product covered by a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly. We will assist you in any way we can, but we are not responsible for honoring manufacturer warranties.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Some products are non-returnable and non-refundable. These products are clearly marked on the product page and at checkout. Non-returnable products include:
• Customized or personalized products.
• Products that have been assembled, installed, or modified

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us at support@fislife.ng within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will work with you to replace the product or issue a refund, as appropriate.

10. Fraudulent Returns

Fislife Ng reserves the right to refuse returns from customers who have a history of abusing our return policy or engaging in fraudulent activity.

11. Changes to Return Policy

Fislife Ng reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be noted at the top of the page.
